I currently have the below and need a replacement set, the measurements from the center of screws on the inside handle is 3 15/16 and my outside handle has a cylinder lock and keys.

Inside Handle has a part of 1060-1943
Outside has a mfg name of Sash Controls Inc, Part #1963.

Hello! Thanks for reaching out to us. My recommendation for your handle set is the 82-030. This is a more modern version of you original and should be fully compatible with all existing hardware.

It does not include a key lock, but we do sell the 82-310 separately which should work perfectly fine.

Hi Swisco,

Can you please confirm if the 82-086 Legacy set will work for my door, based on my previous pictures from 10/5/2022..?

Thank you.

The 82-086 legacy handle set will unfortunately not work for your door, no. I see in your original batch of photos that your key lock is centered in your exterior handle, which presumably matches a centered thumb lever in the interior handle. Both key lock and thumb lever for the 82-086 are offset, not centered, so they won't align with your mortise.

As mentioned before, our 82-030 and 82-310 key lock are going to be the best solution for this door.

Hello, I don't see how that will work, there isn't a hole in the one that you are suggesting for the lock. Also, I need to make a correction for measurements, my current handle is 4 inches from the middle of his screw on the handle, and there isn't any 4 inches on your site, only 3 15/16, I told by your customer service stall, that a 3 15/16 should work, because it's only an inch off, please confirm this information. Also, wouldn't the 82-030A work better, since it has a centered keyhole for the back handle, per the picture you sent me of the 82-030, that handle set don't have a hole in the back handle for the lock.

The 82-030 handle has a punchout in the exterior handle that you can knock out to make room for the key lock. The 82-030A would also work; I only didn't recommend it because it didn't exist at the time of your original post back in 2022 and I didn't want to confuse matters. This part was only added to our inventory a few weeks ago.

Regardless, either one will work on your door. It's just a matter of personal preference.

Please also note that no manufacturer has ever made a 4" hole spacing handle set in this style. I am very familiar with your original hardware and I am confident that the center-to-center spacing is 3-15/16". You may want to triple check just to be 100% sure.
