I have not taken the door out to look at the part because I am afraid I will not be able to get it back in without having the proper rollers to go under it.
The company has a website which shows their operations in England, but no outlets in the U.S.A.
The door is about 50 years old and it seems the rollers on the bottom of the door bounce(like they are chipped or broken) when the door is opened or closed. The door was there wen we bought the house.
Any help would sure be appreciated.

Greetings Harry. I am sorry to hear about the current problems you are experiencing with your rollers. We would be glad to help, however, in order for us to do so we would need to see photos of the rollers removed from the window. Without seeing these rollers or getting any measurements, we are limited on what we can suggest as a replacement.
