Patio Mortise Door lock

Question

There are no markings or any brand or vendor-written on these handles.
It seems like the locking hook plastic broke, and it is not engaging and operating the double hooks.

The distance between two holes (drilled) on the door is almost 4 inches.
It seems like a double hook mortise lock.
I am looking for your help to find the correct replacement parts. Any help is much appreciated.

We don't sell this exact type of handle set, unfortunately, but believe it or not I have been told by many customers in the past that our 82-030 works well as a replacement despite how different it looks. The secret is that the flat thumb lever tail, which connects to the mortise lock in the door, is in the same position as your original. That means that even if they look different they will still function the same way.
