Patio Screen Door Sliding Guide

I have an old sliding screen door. Image 1319 is the metal part that the rubber guide in 1317 attaches to. Is there any way I can replace the rubber that is split and cracked. If not is there a premade guide that would fit my sliding screen? It is 70-72" long. Thank You.

It seems like you're looking for weatherstripping for the threshold of your screen door. Unfortunately, it is unlikely that we would be able to provide the part that you're looking for and we would need to see an undamaged side profile of the seal to know for sure, which it doesn't look like you'd be able to provide based on its condition.
