Patio Screen Rollers

Here goes, two pictures. I believe this is a 1979 Anderson sliding screen door that this comes out of (at least that's what the glass slider is - and the screen seems to match). Removing this part required taking the door frame apart. The adjustment screw is located on the side of the door. The roller is 1 inch in diameter and 1/4 inch in width. The square piece is 1/2 inch in width.

Any guidance would be welcome!

I found something similar. But it appears to be a bottom adjustment screw. See attched photo showing where the adjustment goes.
