Hey there, thanks for posting! Take a look at our 82-030. Carefully review and compare the measurements to confirm that this is the right fit for your order. If you'd like to stick with a wood handle, and your mounting holes are 3-15/16", I recommend taking a look at part 82-020.

If you are looking to replace the internal locking mechanism as well, it is sold separately. I'll need to see a photo of your lock to determine the right replacement.
