Patio Sliding Door Handle - Plate

Question

Hello - I am looking for a patio door handle. It does not need a locking mortise incorporated-because that is already on the door. The handle front and back goes over it. See attached picture. Ideally - I just need the plate on which the handle goes. Notice the plate has ripped over time.

Unfortunately, the plate is not available separately but we should still be able to help. Your handle set reminds me of the 82-030 shown below, depending on how the 3-15/16" hole spacing compares to yours. If you have any doubts, you are also welcome to show us a photo of the mortise lock in the center of the door to confirm that our handle set would be compatible. Thank you!
