Hey there. This looks a lot like our 82-086 Handle Set. Please compare. If you need the mortise lock in the door also, this handle set works with loads of different ones, so we'll need to see it to help.

Based on the photo and measurements that looks correct, ordered 2. I believe the locks are still functional but I will see. Thanks for your help.
