Patio Sliding Door Lock

A quick learner from Florida says:
Hello Guys,
My Patio Door Lock-locking/unlocking part, broke down/part sliding up and down/and fell down into the frame. The length of housing is 7" 1/4 and the door is 1" and 5/8 thick. Original lock has # NW 1720-1 - TAIWAN. Please help me identify the lock, so I can replace it without moving the latch part fixed opposite in the door frame.
Thank you
Jerry

Hello,

Your handle set resembles the 82-002WK but it is designed to work for doors between 1" and 1-1/8" thick. Since your door is thicker, you would need to reuse your original screws and find a way to pack out the locking hook for this to work. Take a look and see what you think.
