After reviewing the photos and measurements you provided, I recommend you have a look at the 81-024 and the 81-243. Have a look at the specifications and see if you think you could use one of these types of roller/housings in your door.
I know your housing is corroded but I wonder if it will still operate with a new wheel. With that said, see the 81-223, 81-228, and 81-310 along with the videos related on this page.
