Hey Martin. The handle set looks like it has 3-15/16" hole spacing and could be replaced with the 82-030. If you need the actual mortise lock in the door, this handle set works with a few different kinds so we'd need to actually see photos of it. For the rollers, I am afraid there's no way of knowing what you need without removing them from the door and showing us photos. If you can do this, we'll do our best to help thereafter.
