Patio Sliding door roller

Contractor from 21036

I'm trying to find out what replacement roller I will need for this sliding door. The old one must be broken since it can no longer be adjusted.

The attached photo is all that remains of the warranty tag. I hope there is enough info to recommend the correct parts.

I will need a set for one door, preferably with steel roller wheels if available.

Thank you

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, the manufacturer label does not tell us the hardware the door uses. There's a good chance that we can help but we would need to see the original roller uninstalled to compare to our inventory. See the video below to help you through the process.

I found this ID tag in our files for the patio doors. A copy of the ENERGYSTAR tag if this will help identify the roller hardware. I do not want to take the door apart a have it out of place since it is winter.
CPD# SIL-N-9,  5502 patio door operating panel, Silver Line Windows 5500 Patio Doors  440-H-046.9    Tag is attached to this email.
I would like to have the right parts ready so the door can be R&R at the same time.
Thank you

Unforutnately, the manufacturer label does not tell us the hardware that was used in your door. We recognize that it is an involved process to remove the door twice but it is the only way that we'll be able to narrow down your options and ensure you purchase the correct replacements. In the meantime, you're welcome to look through our selection here
