Hey there. This mortise lock looks like the 82-226. For the handle set, please confirm if the key lock and thumb lever are perfectly centered between the mounting holes, or closer to the bottom hole. It's tough to tell from the photos. If it is perfectly centered, see the 82-030A Handle Set. If it's closer to the bottom, consider either the 82-030B or 82-087.
