Looking for lock cylinder with inside knob and/ or entire Handle / lock assembly for storm door.

No, the latch screw holes match, but the lock bolt hole is a different shape and the plates on front and back of door pate is 7-1/16 inches tall with mounting holes at 6-11/16 inches on center.

Thanks for clarifying, Dave. Unfortunately, the 40-049 is the best option we have in our inventory at this time. I believe your old handle set was the old Papaiz brand set, which hasn't been made in a long time. I've known past customers who successfully got our 40-049 to work, though, so I think it is the best option in your case. It just might take a little handiwork if your door is particularly old.
