Patio Tandem Roller Assembly

hello, I am looking for some guidance in replacing my patio door wheels. They appear to be 1/2" diameter wheels, however I am unsure of the proper assembly to purchase. I have attached images with measurements. Any guidance is much appreciated.

Your roller has a similar appearance to the 81-158 Dual Roller Assembly. To determine if this is the correct replacement match, you'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions below. Be sure to double check the diameter of the wheel.

Hi jasmine is there any concern installing an assembly with a smaller wheel diameter? Mine measures 1.43" whereas this one is 1.25". I assume my missing .07" is due to wear over the last 20 years

If the dimensions for the housing are a match, this is the best replacement option we have for your roller. There is a chance the rollers could be measuring below 1-1/2" due to wear and tear but there doesn't appear to be any damage to them.

Since these are adjustable rollers, you may be able to adjust the housing to accommodate for the 1/4" difference in the wheel diameter. However, if it is of much concern, the only other option we have would be to swap out the wheels on the roller with the 81-272 1-1/2" dia Roller and Axle Kit.
