How would we idenify the model of our door. Need to replace rollers.

Hey, Bob. Traco used two different types of rollers on their thermal break sliding doors. I can't say for sure what you have but there are some clues you can use to get a good idea. If the adjusting screw is on the face of the bottom rail, consider our 81-018. If the adjusting screw is at the bottom side of the door, consider the 81-022 instead. You may still want to remove the roller from the door to confirm these match.
