The lock is DNS 1400 series
7 3/8" x 7/8"
Key lock center 1 5/16" from the end
Top of slide lock 3" from the end.

I'm not sure what you need with just measurements. Can you show me a picture of the hardware in question?

Thanks, these pictures are perfect. I recommend our 82-008K keyed handle set. I think this will be a good match for your old lockset.
