Would like to replace this with one having a chrome finish.

As long as the distance between the installation holes of your original handle are 3-15/16" apart, our 82-090 should be a good fit. The closest finish we offer is satin nickel. Thank you!

Does that include the exterior lock set?

The 82-090 comes with an exterior handle. If you need exterior keyed access, please refer to our 82-087.
