Patio door handle

My patio door handle does not lock any more. I want to replace and am unsure what I need. Any help is greatly appreciated. Patio

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-087 keyed handle set with 3-15/16" installation holes to your assembly. Thanks for posting!
