My latch doesn't move up for down anymore

The space between the screw holes is 7 9/16". The problem is the latch doesn't move up or down when the lever is moved. There are 2 prongs.

Thank you for posting. You may want to take a look at our 82-036. It is not an exact match, but we feel this may still work. Get back to us and let us know your thoughts.
