Patio door handle

Home Owner from Washougal WA 98671

I am looking to replace a broken patio door handle. The broken part is the lower part shown in the photographs. The spigot that holds the screw in place has broken. It looks like your 82-080 mortice handle, however, the fasteners on my door handle are on the plate that the handle fastens too, not the RHS plate as shown in your picture of the 82-080.

Appreciate any help.

Regards

Martin

I agree that our 82-080 appears to be our best match, but I'm not sure what you mean when you say that the fasteners are in a different position. I don't see anything about the handle in your pictures that differs from our 82-080. Can you specify?

Hi Tom
Thanks for the message. I guess my issue is I cannot see inside the 82-080 handle from the photograph you have online. I was assuming the spigots you can see on your photo were the same as the broken one on my photo, however, looks like they are different. I can order the 82-080 however if it does turn out to be incorrect do you have a return policy with a full refund?

We do have a return policy, yes. You can see it here.

As for the 82-080, the inside handle comes in two parts: the pull, and the mounting plate (82-108). Ours may be a slightly different style compared to yours but I think it'll be fine. If you want to be 100% sure, you can show me your own mounting plate and we can confirm whether it will work in the same capacity.
