Patio door handle

We don't have an exact match for your handle, unfortunately. I do wonder if you could use our 82-030 as a replacement. This has a hole spacing of 3-15/16", center-to-center. As long as that matches up then it should work well.

You can reuse your old key lock with the 82-030, or buy a new one under the 82-310.
