Patio door handle

Our patio door handle broke and I don't know the manufacturer. I went to Home Depot and they recommended I try you. Please let me know if you have this model, I believe the distance for the screws is 4 in.

Take a look and compare our 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" mounting holes to yours. Thanks for posting!
