Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to supply you with a replacement that would work for your existing patio handle set. We do not not have any with your specifications that mount to the door the same way yours does.

I'm sorry to say that we do not sell any of the compatible hardware for this handle set. The thumb levers we do carry are attached to key cylinders and/or work along with a internal mortise locks. 

You may have some luck contacting your door manufacturer or maybe at a local "mom-and-pop-shop" style hardware store but I cannot make any guarantees.
