Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for the sliding glass door handle set you have but I'll need to see a photo of the other handle used in the set to confirm the exact replacement you need.
Also, are you looking for a handle that has just a thumb latch or were you looking for one with a keyed lock?

Thanks for the photos! We are one step closer to determining if there is a replacement we can supply you with but I will need to request just a few more details.
I'll need to see a photo of the slot the thumb lever inserts into to interact with the internal mortise lock as well as a photo of the mortise lock itself. We'll need to see these photos to ensure that the replacement recommendation will be compatible with both the door and the existing mortise lock.

Thanks for the photos! I'm sorry to say that we do not carry a replacement handle set that would work to replace your existing hardware. Your handle set appears to have a 3-15/16" measurement like many of ours but, sadly, the handle sets we carry would not be compatible with the type of mortise lock your door uses.
