Patio door handle

Hello there! Thanks for reaching out to us. Is the installation hole center spacing for the handle 3-15/16"? If so, have a look at the 82-030 and see if you think the specifications could work for you. 

You also might want to see if the mortise lock inside the door is the culprit. To check this, remove the handle set and try manually throwing the lock with a slotted screwdriver. If it doesn't throw, then the mortise lock will need to be replaced also.

I'm afraid we don't sell a handle set with that kind of hole center spacing. Your mortise lock resembles the 82-218, often used with handles that measure 3-15/16" on the installation hole centers. You also want to ensure you measure from the center of each hole but you can always double-check to be sure.
