We bought the door from Lowe's. Hopefully, the picture of the label on the door will be helpful.

Hello there This looks like the 82-086 Handle Set. Please compare.

That's the one I sent back. The holes didn't match.

Can you explain exactly how they did not match? The 82-086 has a hole spacing, center-to-center of 3-15/16". Based on the design of your existing handle set I'm almost certain that is what you need.

I'm starting to question myself now. When I held the new one up to the door, the holes didn't line up. I still have the original handle; would it be helpful if I sent a pic? Do you think the wrong handle was sent? Should I reorder and try again? Thanks for your responses!

Hey there, Bob's not here today but I thought I'd hop in and assist. I think a photo of the part you received from us would be a great place to start at this stage. Worst case scenario is that we can at least rule that out as a possible culprit.
