i believe the part# is:
GUARDIAN
CARLETON, MICH
ANSI Z97.1-1984
SAFETY TEMPERED
SGCC 933/ I/8U
it was a little difficult to read as the tag was old and faded and backwards... hopefully we can find a replacement that would fit

Hello there. This exact style handle set is not available, but the 82-030, 82-020, 82-032 or 82-033 all should work as substitutes. Compare with your old hardware and see what style you prefer best.
