Patio door handle

I'm looking for a.Patio door handle that will fit. It's an old patio door (over 19 years old) the 315/16 is too big.

Thanks for contacting us. You say that 3-15/16" is too big, presumably referring to the hole spacing. Can you tell me what your hole spacing is, instead? That will help us track down a possible match.
