Thanks for posting. If the hole spacing is 3-15/16", center-to-center, then I suspect a good number handle sets we carry with this same hole spacing should work. See our 82-020, 82-032, 82-033 or 82-030 to start. While none are the exact same style, all should have a matching configuration. Take a look and see what you think.
