Patio door handle- Sash Controls

Question

I was doing a web search to try and find a replacement handle for my glass sliding door. Inside the handle was the following information. Sash Controls INC Detroit, 20, Mi. Also the number 060-1255. I am attaching some pictures of the system we have. Would Appreciate some help.

Thank you for posting. Can you confirm the distance between the installation holes, center-to-center? I think we can narrow this down to our 82-003, which has a 3-15/16" hole spacing, and our 82-055, which has a 3-1/2" hole spacing. Could you get either of these to work?
