Patio door handle broken

Question

I need to find a replacement door handle for a  patio door. The screw holes are about 5 foot inches apart.

Hello,

I suspect you need the 82-080 handle set, which is commonly used with the 82-238 mortise lock. Note that the hole spacing should measure 4-15/16" apart as shown below. Thanks for posting!
