Patio door handle broken - model # unknown

I could not find a model number or part number on the sliding patio door or glass. Any help identifying this patio door handle would be appreciated.

Hello,

Your handle reminds me of the 88-004 with 8-1/2" hole spacing. Take a look and see if your specifications match up. Thanks for posting!
