Patio door handle / broken / need replacement

Hello,
A client broke their potio door handle and mortise lock. We identified the handle to be from swisco, but I did not find it jn your current catalog. I have included pictures of the handle and measurements of the door and lock.
Can you please help me identify what lock and handle I can get to replace these?

Hey there,

Thanks for posting! This handle set looks familiar but, unfortunately, it is not a Swisco brand handle set. We are strictly a retailer and do not manufacturer hardware.

There is a chance we may be able to make a replacement recommendation for this handle set but I cannot make any guarantees. I'll just need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation holes, from the center of the top hole to the center of the bottom hole.

I'll also need to see a photo of the compatible mortise lock to determine if we have a replacement that would be compatible your clients.
