Will appreciate your help to locate the replacement for that handle. Other option, what tool can be used to RE-thread the handle with new screw?

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need you to write out the exact distance between the center of the mounting holes in your handle set to narrow down your options. It would also help to see the mortise lock in the center of the door to determine if we carry something that would be compatible. Thank you!
