Patio door handle inquiry

Question

I'm seeking for a replacement for a patio  door handle.The space between the middle of the top & bottom screws is 5 ? and the midpoint of the screws that seem to connect with the in the latch parts is 2 ¾.Looks like the locking mechanism length is 3 1/6

Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say that we do not carry an exact replacement for the type of handle set you have pictured here. There is a chance our 82-030 could work as a replacement. However, you would need to drill new installation holes to install this and that would likely leave the old holes exposed. Take a look over the dimensions to see if this is something that could potentially work for you.

The internal mortise lock appears to be our 82-218. Which would be compatible with the aforementioned handle set. Again, look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the right fit.
