Patio door handle inquiry

Thank you for reaching out to us. The handle shown here looks like it attaches to the door with a base plate that has side-mounted screw holes that would be 4-15/16" apart. If that's the case, I recommend the 82-080. We also sell the 82-081 which is the keyed version. Have a look and see how the specifications compare with yours.
