Patio door handle new pics

I am having trouble finding a replacement handle. The holes are 5" apart. Attached us a pic of all the parts
Can you help with any of your products?

Thank you for your patience in this matter. This handle set closely resembles our 82-009A, though we do not currently have it in white. Fortunately, I found something that I think may work the same way in the color you need. Please give us a little time to have it made up for you, and I'll let you know when it becomes available.
