Patio door handle replacement

Hi,

I'm looking for a replacement patio door handle. CD 442 is on the exterior handle and CD 453 is on the interior handle.

This reminds me of our 82-078 with 6-9/16" hole center spacing. Compare our dimensions to yours to see if this matches up to your original handle.
