Patio door handle replacement

Hello,
Below are pictures of a broken handle for my patio sliding door. As you can see, the casing of the interior handle has snapped but the locking mechanism is unaffected . If possible, I'd love to be able to replace just this part but understand I may have to replace the entire apparatus. I've also included the identifying info on the door.
