Patio door handle replacement

Your internal mortise lock looks a lot like our 82-218. As for the handle, I would consider our 82-032. Yours is an older type with a 4-15/16" hole spacing. It looks very similar to yours except you will need to drill new holes, since our hole spacing is 3-15/16". Be sure that, when drilling, you keep in line with the existing holes so as to not damage the glass in the door.
