Patio door handle set

Looking for a locking patio door handle set. The screw spacing is 3 15/16. I also attached a photo of the existing one

Take a look at the 82-003 handle set used on 1" thick patio glass doors. If your door is a thicker version, you will need to reuse your internal latch bolt. If you need a keyed exterior handle then take a look at the 82-306. Thanks for posting!
