Patio door handle with key lock

Question

Hello, need to replace patio door handle with key lock. Screw holes are 6 5/8 apart with center locking hole 3 3/8 apart from each screw hole. It has double teeth for lock. Door is 1 5/8 thick. Only identifying number on handle is CD 440K. Lock is broken. Thank you. Ed

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. This reminds me of our 82-036 handle set, but compare our dimensions to yours and see what you think. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to supply the key lock since it's not made anymore. I apologize for the inconvenience.
