Patio door handle with lock and key

Question

Patio door handle maybe 7 in long each screw is 3 mm from the edge It has a slide in the back to open the clasp the clasp falls down on the frame I want a handle and I want to lock on the other side they can lock an open with a key.

Hello there. It's a bit tough to tell, but does this handle set have a surface mount 'clamp' as shown below, and is the hole spacing, center-to-center, 4-15/16"? If so, see the 82-009A. Let me know what you think.
