Patio door handle and latch set

I'm trying to source a replacement patio door handle set, has a surface latch and the distance between the screws is 4 1/2". I cannot find one with these dimensions.Please see attached pics, thx

This reminds me of our 82-009A, which also has a clamp style lock. However, it has a hole spacing of 4-15/16", so you'd have to drill new holes to mount this replacement.

It looks as if the handle for the outside of door doesn't come with this. Is that correct? Also does it come with screws or do I have to reuse the originals?
