The holes tomfasten the handles are apprx. 4" apart. Door thickness is 1 5/8".

Your handle set resembles the 82-030, but make sure to confirm your hole center spacing matches the 3-15/16" measurement below. If you need the mortise lock in the center of the door, we would need to see photos of that part as well. Thank you!
