Hi, looking for brand and model number of this patio door handle and lock mechanism so that it can be replaced as the handle fell off and lock doesn't actually work.

Hello,

Your handle set is a similar style to the 82-030. Take a look and see how the 3-15/16" hole spacing compares to yours. Unforutnately, we do not carry these handles in metallic finishes at this time.

We do not have a source for a silver version of this handle set but the 82-087 keyed handle set could work as long as your thumb latch is offset as shown below. We like to recommend the 82-030 since it is a more versatile option with an adjustable thumb latch but the 82-087 is also compatible with the 82-218 and has the same 3-15/16" hole spacing. Take a look and see what you think.
