Patio door handle/latch replacment

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 82-086 keyed or 82-089 non-keyed handle sets to yours. As for the mortise lock, we can't be positive since the body appears to have fallen inside the door but you can start by looking over the 82-226 shown below to see if this matches your door's specifications.
