Patio door handle/lock replacement needed

I have a patio door that the handle/lock is broken. This is the info on the glass:

PPG Herculite K
Trempe Tempered
CAN/CGSB 12.1M
BS-6206-1981-A
16CFR1201 C11
ANSI Z-97.1-1984-I/8U
SGCC-1605 2102

Is this something you can help me with??

This information is only relevant to the glass. It doesn't have anything to do with the door or handle. We can still help, but we need a photo of the original handle in order to match it up.

Thanks, this is a huge help. Your exact handle set isn't made anymore, but you can use our 82-080 as a substitute. This should be fully compatible with your door and its existing hardware.
