which one will match mine in the photo and can I get some options, I would like a heavy duty one if possible.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing to yours.

Also, keep in mind that if the rollers or track are damaged or dirty, that can place additional strain on the handle, causing it to break as shown in your photos.
